Bachelor of Science (IT) Lateral Entry valid for WES ?

My educational details are :
1. Diploma in Digital Electronics from Board of Technical Education, Delhi.
2. Bachelor of Science (IT) (LATERAL ENTRY) from Alagappa University

Can someone suggest me if both of these are valid for WES and how can I verify that before I request the universities for transcripts.

I can't find Board of Technical Education, Delhi in the list.
Can someone please help me with the process for State colleges.

Also how would I resolve the Lateral Entry issue as I got admission into 2nd year directly after completing my diploma.

Can someone please explain me how can I see the university name in WES website because it only displays Bachelors and Masters programmes. It does not have anything that says something about Diploma...what can I do ?

Thank you Sir, I have found what you were referring to - State University
Now I have two questions I stated earlier - I attended Alagappa University (lateral entry to second year directly) from 2010- 2012

Where shall I mention that its a 3 year programme however I selected 2010 - 2012 because I completed in two years.
