B4a Handwritten

Is it possible that we can print and write the list of the things on the b4a form. The PDF file does not allow me to type on the computer. I shall be grateful if someone can help me on this.

Hand written should be OK, provide it is legible.

However, if u can't type it in Adobe, u can always scan it, then place the image on msword & type the info. Then take its print-out. That'd be a better idea.

I just handwrote mine and then made some photocopies of it.
