Which vo? When they request the ARC?

My is Paris vo and i received the pré arrivel on october as well the ARC.

Our VO is Warsaw. We just received the ARC request Nov 11. We will submit everything by next week. They finally updated our ECAS since August 2018.

Hello everyone
I was talking to a lawyer yesterday and asked if she knew anything about issues /delays from Vienna VO and she told me that appatently CIC has recently acknowledged that they deployed senior officers from various visa offices to Jordan and other places to processed Syrian refugees and this has affected and delayed other applications.
I also noticed that before I used to get a response to my emails within 3 days but in February I sent an email to Vienna to inquire about my husband's application and they responded after 22 days so it is possible that this is causing varios VO delays. It also affects Arcs because according to the operation manual only program managers and senior officers can deal with Arc applications.

Hello,
I received COPR and visa but never received a decision on ARC or an approval letter for the same even though I submitted ARC fees. I'm confused now, because it's mentioned in CIC operation manual that an authorization to return approval document has to be presented at the port of entry to for those who need one.
Any expert advice?
