Hi sharryjohn,
We also applied for 3152 Registered Nurse Canada immigration of 15th of August 2011 and still didn't get any response.
From some forums, i came to know that it was already reached CAP before august 1st. So once you have any information, can you share with me?
thanks

I think the CAP was closed on NOC 3152 was on Sept. 27, 2011, I dont believe that it is already closed on August, because they updated their cap every 2 weeks and I believe it was a real time figure in their site .

Hi abbyranger99,
I agree with you, but some other users are saying they applied on August 1st week and they got a letter saying that CAP their application rejected because it reached CAP already.
So i am totally confused now. If it didn't reached CAP, why CIC is taking this much long time to inform our status? Now it is over 4 months. I suspect they sent any mail to my agent?
Pls reply
thanks

we have different cases they receive their rejection because they are different from your application :).

just keep in faith with the almight GOD :) God Bless us all :)

Hi trygrps,

No, they will never send any reply to our agent because the address indicated on our application is the valid/only address the CIO will honor whatever communications they would do, including the email address. The role of the agent is only to arranged, check our papers if its complete and have all them proofread of all possibilities that will jeopardize our admissibility to PR of canada.

Hi sabu.. :)

I have gone through the link..Don't mind me but i don't feel that it could be interpreted as who receives the PER will get MR eventually.

They have mentioned
Instructions
If you meet the selection criteria, you will receive medical forms for yourself

So it says that if everything goes well then only as far as I have understood..
Please note that it is just my opinion.

Hi Wandering Soul!

This means that you have received your PER (Positive Evaluation Review) and now the next step will be RBVO (Received By Visa Office). I believe that the real "In Process" will be displayed in the detail of ECAS (Electronic Client Application Status) after the Visa Office does the documents and background check.

My application was received for NOC 3112 (VO London) on 31 August, 2011. I sent and email on 12 October, 2011 to the CIO and enquired about the status. They replied that there is still no record of my application and the file might be in que. I sent another email on 28 November 2011 for the status. I received return email on the same day which stated that my application has received the positive final determination (That is PER). It also had acknowledgment of receipt of my demand draft that was cashed on 17 November, 2011.

You are not alone. Almost all the august applicants have the same status. My status is also the same "In Process" and when I click it to know the detail, I get the one liner "We received your application on ........". This detail will have another line once it is received by the Visa Office.

Hi Wandering Soul

Same as before. I expect RBVO by Mid January. Normally it takes the case 3-4 weeks to reach VO, however, due to Christmas (No work from 21/12 to 1/1) time has been extended.
