sabu they do contact the employer in some cases but not in all. i guess it depends on the job documents u have provided. like private jobs or private business or clinic is likely to go under greater scrutiny. but by large its a random check n u shud try n b in contact with ur past present emplouer in this regard.

no 2nd AOR has put us LVO applicants in a quandry. i think tht our files must have reached LVO by this time. eagerly waitin to hear from them. if u have any updates to share do let us know.

Please analyse the table WHICH CAN BE FOUND under our eCAS details as we are at 'In process' stage. Does it mean that our next stage will be 'Decision made'? The table made me to understand that. I understand that we will not be given any RBVO status. I might be wrong. Please share your views.Thanks

Usually ECAS (mistakenly) at this stage says “IN PROCESS” on the main summary, but clicking the detail you only see one line "We received your application on........". This isn’t truly "in process". The visa office at this stage have not started processing your file.

The next stage is that your summary status will say “Received by visa office”, and after this you are waiting for it to go back to “IN PROCESS” again for it truly to be in process. The give-away is that you have the extra line “We reviewed your application and started processing on XYZ” which means it passed the 2nd eligibility review at the visa office and they have begun background document checks.

You may be right, But in the past few cases from LVO,(Spreadsheet) It was indicated that LVO did not send any 2nd AOR or RBVO. They directly asked for MR/PPR. I also think those who have used new generic application form and sent with bar-code did received In process status after 1/2 day of receiving PER. This is just my thought.
Anyway whatever it is, we all expect MR very very soon. Hope for good news.

I didn't use the new generic application form and my "in Process" status appeared along with the arrival of PER. I wish you were right . Good for all of us as well. ;D
