So new date is updated, they are working on 26th August files as on 7th January.

Hey guys,

My online application put on Sep. 15 finally got approved yesterday. According to the confirmation letter, it should be approved on Dec 30th since the expiration date is Dec 29, 2018. There might be a slight delay on CIC system, I guess.

Here is my time line

Applied on Sep. 15
Updated on Sep. 16, Nov. 10 and Dec 30.
Approved on Jan. 9 (?)
Mail: Pending

Hope everybody gets approval soon.

Hey guys, I applied on Aug 31st. got an Update Email on the 8th( last Friday) saying your application has an update, then i got into my cic account, it went from updated to submitted again. its the second time im receiving this, dont know what that is meaning..

same thing happened to me. got update last saturday. status changed to updated. after few hours i was logged in again status went back to submitted

I applied online 21 Aug, I called them today, he said " CIC starts working on your application on 31 Oct, and they have 120 days to finish it so you will get the decision on the end of Feb or the first week of March"... I really dont understand, so many tricks they could do to give themselves excuses to delay without a dead line.

Applied online: September 26th
Blank updates: Sept 27th, Nov 14th
Approval: Still waiting

Finally got approved for my work permit yesterday (The 12th)!!!

I applied on September 27...just got an email saying there's an update. ..checked my cic account and it says approved and application closed ....finally the wait is over..

Status :approved and application closed

I actually received a mail in my account stating the validity of my PGWP and I am in awe and so thankful to God...I did a 1 year program but got PGWP for 2 years and that was the validity of my passport. ..so happy .
