I applied work permit extension ONLINE same employer last sept 14, 2015 still no news...

hey guys
i applied for pgwp online on 16th September
blank update on -12th nov

havnt heard anything since then. my application status has been "open" since four months.

i even submitted a case specific enquiry form on 15th jan. but apparently cic takes upto 30business days to revert to case specific enquiries.

Hi Shruti,

I am in the same boat as you, applied on 12th sept and still ahvent heard back. I called CIC apparenlty its approved and and they gave me my document numbre and expiry date and said they have to just print it and mail it.. Doesnt make any sense.. I applied for a casre specific inquiry as well.. not heard back.

Yay, work permit finally approved today. Applied on 27 Sep, 2015. Now I can sleep. I so much dread implied status. Good luck to all those still waiting.
