Hello Everyone,

Please I would like to find out if anyone who received PPR around the period of 27/28th Aug. 2014 and has submitted their passports to AVO for stamping have by chanced received their passports back. I received my PPR on 28th Aug and sent it via FedEx with the prepaid return envelope and after tracking it, it showed it was delivered on the 5th Sept. 2014. I am just wondering how long it takes to receive one's passport once it has been submitted. Any reply would be greatly appreciated as I am starting to get a little worried.

I actually received my PPR on 28th August. I submitted the passports almost immediately and have been received by VO. No response yet from VO. I am sure they will communicate soon. I know of someone who got a response after a whole month. No need to get worried. It will end well.

Guys, same here. I got my PPR on the 27th August, confirmed passports receipt by AVO on the 4th September and have been waiting for a response. Following the timelines from other colleagues, it roughly suppose to be within 2 weeks. Don't know why the delay. Funny enof, I got an official trip for 27th Sept. Don't know what to do . I believe strongly in God for a positive confirmation this week.

Check your ECAS. Might already have been changed to 'Decision Made', in which case you can expect a mail any moment to pick up your Visa

submitted my passport on 27th Aug 2014 and Accra received it on 29th. it was just yesterday, 23rd Sep that i got a mail from them that my document is ready for pick up. you dont have to worry, yours will come in Jesus name

now just wanna to know that i have applied for educational assessment through WES ..... got my transcripts ... now i have to courier it on a given address... plzz give me the address where to be courier these transcripts??? ... and fees is $201 .or $299.. ??

Also my expected date of Ielts result is about 6 dec 2014... can i apply ... ??

and i have to submit this.....1) Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] 2) Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] 3) Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] ........ and all 11 forms at once or step by step...

And do i need a laywer who signature are req on my application... someone told me you need an laywer who will charge around $1200 for it ???

basically what this trancripts are(which are sent to WES) ???? are these the detaied markes shhet attestestd by contoller of examination in university?? or degree attested by controller of examination ..???

plzz telll .. bcz when i asked the transcripts to clerks in universty.... they seemed bit confused... so rather they give me wrong documents... plz teel frnds....

Thanks OSP . The guys in DHL Ikoyi office can tell you more. But honestly, DHL is becoming cranky for me. I had to put pressure on them to fast track collection as the guys were just acting up. Anyways, I thank God...just tracked and parcel is in Lagos. Very hopeful to get my parcel tomorrow morning bf 12noon. I am sure i can make my 27th trip by God's grace. this has been one risky and very close game show for me . I appreciate GOD for all...He has been good.
