Hi Abie, I don't think it's wise to purchase the draft before MR cos the draft has a life span which I guess you don't want to expire before AVO requests for it.

I understand your anxiety. Stay calm and hopeful.

Great house,
God has done it for me and my wife. Our Passport request came in at exactly 11:39am on Thursday 24th of October, 2013 (Exactly 2 years when my application was received in Sydney). I travelled to Accra on Tuesday morning with the first Aero flight (7:20am) and we arrived Safely at about 7:10am (Ghana time) and Immediately went to High Commission of Canada office, 42 independence avenue Accra to drop our passports and I was asked to come back at 3pm. But at about 2pm, I saw a long queue outside, so I joined them outside and when it was time for me to go in, I told them my appointment was 3pm but the security still allowed me in cos it was now few minutes b4 3pm. At about 3:25pm My name was called and I collected the visas for me and my wife plus all our original documents.
Please joined me in Thanking God for the successful journey. He was indeed faithful to us. There was no delay even after sending my wife application on Oct 4th and arrived Accra on 10th, the next day her medical request was sent and on 16th she did her medical and on 24th Passport request was sent and 29th Visas issued. Thank you everyone for your prayers and advise. God will surely answers every member of this forum.

I sent my Complete Application Package June 23rd 2011 but Master card payment declined and it was sent back to me on 21st July 2011 via regular post and never gets to me in Nigeria till Oct. 8th 2011. However a letter was enclosed incase I was reapplying. So I obtained a bank draft and resubmitted my application on 17th of Oct 2011.
