Hi Abie, I don't think it's wise to purchase the draft before MR cos the draft has a life span which I guess you don't want to expire before AVO requests for it.

I understand your anxiety. Stay calm and hopeful.

It bits me too why AVO seems to have thrown FIFO to the winds!
