No worries, we are getting closer for each day that passes. Believe me, we are almost there!. Quite painful, but we are closer than when we started.

Be consoled my people, l say be consoled.
For now is the time....
And the good news/updates shall appear!
Please stay at alert... for it is pretty soon...

Let's just hang in there. Definitely we will be out of here sooner.
It is a count down mates. Cheer up and let's enjoy the sun for now.
We gonna miss the warmth of the tropics soon.

My Dear People, let's try to put all anxiety aside.

Remember that the bible instructs that we should be anxious for nothing (Philippians 4:6-7).

So lets not seize in praying for expedited work at AVO & the quick processing of our applications.

We can also begin to thank God for that which He is yet to do concerning our applications & ultimate relocation.

Let's stay focused & allow the peace that Jesus gives to envelope us.

;)

Dearest Forsure, with the prolonged delay from AVO - I have since landed "mentally" and began to think like a "landed senior".
Do you want to join me?
Arese,
Yes ooo. IJN.

My sister, no idea, at least the waiting is getting shorter each day. Lets pray and keep our fingers crossed.
I know you are one of the people that is going to announce MR very soon.

I got this from Canadian Immigration Questions and Answers with Attorney David Cohen

"I heard that some Canadian diplomats abroad are currently on strike. Will this affect my immigration application?"

The Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website states that “The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) union is currently taking strike action. PAFSO union members responsible for processing visa applications have been walking out of offices in Canada and overseas.” The website further states that “Anyone applying for a visa should anticipate delays and submit their application as far in advance as possible.” These statements seem to indicate that there will be delays in the finalization of immigration applications, however it is not clear how long these delays will be.
