Hello great forumites. I am gradually coming out of my self imposed hibernation. I hope Accra will follow suite.= for all M2 AND 3. The waiting has not been easy. I no go lie.

BTW. If there are 2600 applicants + spouse+ other dependants remaining in accra. and there are maximum of 1300 visa to go in 2013. Then 1300 applicants + dependants will have to wait till 2014 before they can be settled with their visa. If accra maintain its current way of handling processing of applications, MI2 looks great to be settled first. So all MI3 will have to wait till 2014.
Pls I beg your pardon if I hurt anybody just my opinion. I will like to feel yours friends.

I'm not sure of the data you are talking about but if it was that that was released lAst year October.I think there have been a lot since then

If that is correct, let AVO start dishing out MRs to MI2 Applicants or what are they still waiting for?

Biko! there is nothing like 2014. The last data we all saw was as at october last year and a lot had happened since then. This is our year both MI 2 & MI 3

I want to tender my sincere apology to the house for that confusion. I actually got some figures mixed up. Jodav3 is right. MI2 is 900+ and MI3 about 400 as per oct.2012 inventry update from CIC. It is certain that accra is through with MI1 by lattest development from accra. 900+400= 1300 APPLICANTS+ all dependants. Going by this figure all MI2&3 may be settled with visa in 2013.

I guess Accra is working on a particular mandate we dont know. I believe they are possibly waiting for a go ahead from Nova Scotia. There will definately be updates this month.

Hi guys, I hope someone can help answer my question. My common law partner has been in Canada since august 2010 as a structural engineer. We filed our FSW PR application in october 2011 which is In Process. Our 2 year old son and I currently live in Ghana. Is it possible for my partner to leave Canada for abt a year while we wait for the PR to be sorted?. Would leaving affect the application in any way? Thanks.

Blood pressures were almost high - with all these waiting game.

2013 is our year to move to God's own country - Canada. Happy with the total figures of 1300 for MI2 and 3 (principal applicants) which shows we are within the target figures for CIC in 2013.


IT IS WELL - this one also (1300) shall come to pass, in Jesus names, Amen.
