The E-cas has truly being updated as the date of last modification is now February 2013 but the content is still In-Process. Anyway, what we need is update from Accra and not E-Cas update. If they like let them not update E-cas. So long as there is update from Accra, we are fine. Something tells me there will be some MRs before the month ends.
