train's window shouted, "Dad, look the trees are
going behind!"
Dad smiled and a young couple sitting nearby,
looked at the 24 year olds childish behavior with
pity. Suddenly he again exclaimed, "Dad, look the
clouds are running with us!"
The couple couldnt resist and said to the old
man, "Why dont you take your son to a good
doctor?"
The old man smiled and said, "I did and we are just coming from the
hospital, my son was blind from birth, he
just got his eyes today" MORAL LESSON
Every single person on the planet has a story.
Dont judge people before you truly know them.
The truth might surprise you. NOTE:
As the father answers the boys question, the
same applies the way God Answers our prayer.
Ask God for anything and your life will change.

Hey Peeps, i posted this on our Mother thread and thought it wise to also share it here.

@ All, the link is www.data.gc.ca Open the site and look at the top right corner, you will find 'Permanent Residents Applications Processed Abroad and Processing Times English Version' click on it, as the page opens, scroll down and click on download, click on the agreement page to continue,then the download window will pop up, then download it. The document is in excel. You will see windows to chose what category of information you want to retrieve ie your point of service or your VO in which case you choose Accra RPC , destination ie Quebec or Federal. Then chose from cases processed, processing times or both depending on what you want to analyze.

Thanks Ikemba for this very important info. Its quite revealing and useful. From all indications, no single file/case have been processed by AVO on MI3 Applications. Having started work on MI2 is an indication that the appointed time for flowing of MRs for remainder of MI2 and all of MI3 is possibly drawing closer.
