OMOniga,
please can you help me or explain to me how to order CAIPS / GCMS? because i will like to know the cause of the delay am having with my appl.

Dear forum members,
I have applied for FSW 7241(Electrician) on November 1st 2011. I have submitted all documents with the application. Today they have sent a mail for a call in interview in Delhi visa office. Could you please share any experience of interview. They asked for form 16 , salary slips etc.. I have left my job few months after applying for Canada migration. Since it was a proprietary firm, they have n't paid salaries through bank, No PF deducted so far. So it is difficult to obtain.
Help me by providing some ideas about how will be the interview and what would be the questions?. All other document I have already submitted with the application. Even though they demand it again. Please share the information on this behalf. It is very urgent …friends

Thanks in advance

Chioma, while waiting to order your CAIPS/GCMS, it's wise to send a mail for case specific enquiry (cse) to Accra. At least with that, you will be able to know if your application is on course. Do that without further delay.

In relation to the payslips, I think you can contact your former employer to write a letter explaining the terms of your employment, modes of payment of wages etc. In relation to the interview, I think you are better off posting this in the NDVO forum as people are/have gone through similar situations. And hey, good luck!

Okay well, it is usually about the same o thing. You'd probably be asked about your history of job; a couple of mental games to ascertain if you work the intended hours. cos it is generally believed that skilled/technical workers mostly have interruptions with a full time working hour compared to professional workers who sit in the office 24/7 sipping coffee and biscuits :P. :P
They'd ask you about your family and if you are married, that could take more time
Certainly they'd want to know why you left your former job and the job you are engaged in now. Its always easier if you happen to remain in the same sector
They'd play some psychological games to check your confidence/ accuracy level too. But hey buddie, don't act too confident. Just a general rule. Be precise as much as you can, and what you don't know is what you don't know. Please don't attempt to impress
Lastly and the voodoo, study all your docs and records properly, and you don't need to talk beyond what they already know about u. Feel me?

Above are my little experiences, and please dont take it hook line and sinker.
Also, i'd like for you not think that the interview would be a big deal, u might just be one of the randomly selected applicant by your VO. If i were you i'd be nervous and up all night too, just like humans do
All the very very best!

Could you please share any experience of interview by canadian high commission from those who are recently attended
