No I'm not in Canada , I asked MP in Canada to order the notes and bill me for their time/expenses but they didn't acknowledge my request.

No I'm not in Canada , I asked MP in Canada to order the notes and bill me for their time/expenses but they didn't acknowledge my request.

Probably it's not too appropiate ask MP about it.

or ask any friend who is currently in canada, you just need to sign an authorization form for them. it will be way cheaper and easier.

I called CIC yesterday, the lady puts me hold for 20 mins, came back and said, its still under processing.
