August application and no OWP yet. anyone in the same boat?

We are august applicants and still no OWP for some reason....

Is anyone in the same boat? its been over 4 months for us.

CIC call center doesn't have an answer. No issues with status here.

4months is a rough average of when individuals were receiving them but there is not stated/promised timeline

I am in the same boat. Aug 24 and still waiting....
tried to call CIC and the answer is that there is no problem with the application. Just in processs. nerve wrecking

There was August 22/23rd applicants getting their OWP at the end of November, would think August 24th would have it by now! Hard to know what they do, maybe they process so many in a batch up to a certain date then they get put on hold for weeks on end before they start processing them again?
