I think you are in IP1...next will be NA2 where your background will be not applicable....

I am a little confused about my stage. I am CEC Inland applicant
AOR: 23-Sep-17
Medical passed: 6-Oct-17
Required more documents on October 6th, I provided them 2 days later; after that my my status was:
Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check (I don't remember exactly), but was something like: We will let you know when we start your background check.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Since Sunday my new status is:
Application status We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Review of additional documents You do not need additional documents.

Today I called CIC and they told me that they could not specify my stage like IP1, NA, IP2, NA, but when she reviewed my account told me: Your passed your medicals and your background check is finalized.
Can anybody tell what does that mean? Which stage is that? Am I still on IP1??

You are IP2..and since CIC told you that your background check is finalized you must be very close to PPR...best of luck...

You are in NA2.I’ve been at this stage since September,nobody can tell you when exactly we’ll get the PPR

Mine too same aor n in ndvo. Did ur BG change from we are processing your background check n will let you know if we need any further assistance to Not applicable?. Bcos mine did
Hi,ok, mine doesn't even say we are processing, it just says not applicable.
When did ur BG status change to not applicable? What was it BG status before it became not applicable? Have u been checking ur status?
it has been not applicable ever since, thats what my consultant told me! i applied through a consultancy! :/
Hi. What would be the difference if one knows the LVO. I rec'd reply to my mail from CIC that my Visa is currently being processed at NDVO nearly 15 days back. But in the mail nothing mentioned when the file was transferred to NDVO. Exactly tomorrow will be 100th day after AOR. Every day praying for Aug.aors because even some cases of October rec'd PPRs . God has do miracles for speedy process.
