It’s been over 34 days for us, and I just want to check if that’s normal.

It is usually 30 days but lately there are a few people who received it at 40 days mark so might as well wait for a few more days

When contacting IRCC via phone, can we request agents to remind case officer to look at the file ? Or do they happen to know when the file was last touched?
