I'm in the same situation. My last update was on December 4, 2024, and there’s been nothing since—despite multiple follow-up calls. I didn’t receive an ADR, but I still submitted a webform with my education credentials just in case. It's been over a week now, and there’s been no change on the tracker or in my profile. At this point, it’s hard to tell how much longer it’ll take for them to process our files.
