With all due respect, don't jump to conclusions based on just one person. It's not a trend or anything—quite the opposite. Everything is actually moving slower than usual.

Well, we have turned the page of the calendar, so IRCC doesn't have a reason to hold ecopr anymore. I expect them to send ecopr to FD recipients soon. Right now, we have only passed half of the first working day of 2025, and we can wait a few more days to see what will happen.
I also just got a ghost update on my gc key (application status changed/updated) after 4 months - Sep 1 Aor - Vo: Ottawa/Sydney
May be eligibility completed.

Received ADR on Nov 14 (Requesting a picture of my Degree instead of a final transcript - submitted same day)
Nov 29: GCKEY message states "we are reviewing your additional documents
PR tracker states Eligibility not started, background in progress
No updates since

My tracker is not up to date yet…. Last updated on Dec 9 after the phone call on Dec 6
