I have submitted my ADR documents but I haven’t submitted any written explanation letter. I’m so worried. Will it create any problem? Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

My previous transcripts scan copy was not clear may be that’s why they asked me to resend my educational transcripts

I received my p2 on december 2nd, i replied on the same day, i uploaded my photo and address.

But i checked today in portal, there was nothing, it shows create new application

Any idea, what is going on ?

One more thing when I submitted my ADR documents I received ,
We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.
On my tracker but I haven’t received any acknowledgement email from IRCC.
Hope they received my documents.
