I have a query , anyone knows , these 5 or 6 months timelines are for getting PR card or just the Final Decision ?

I suppose it's until eCoPR since that's the offical confirmation for your PR!

That’s why they have a separate timeline for the pr card process I believe so it most likely Ecopr.
