September 16-17: Biometrics and medical request
September 18: Medical done
September 19: Biometrics completed.

And I got a new UCI. My study permit, work permit, and PR have 3 different UCI...

Can you able to create PR tracker registration with your new UCI number , I got another email today and Inside I see the status is changed to "Your Action Required" , not sure why this second email signifies ?

The required action is just biometric collection. IRCC always sends the status update email late by 1 day.
The tracker is still broken.

how do you know your PVO and SVO? Do we have to call and ask them? IRCC tracker isn't working for me. Is it working for anyone?

Your visa office changes after biometrics. By default it's Sydney and Ottawa
