Received an email with confirmation of receipt and a Application number which can be used to register to the PR tracker. No formal letter of AOR of such. Going to use this Email to apply for OWP (PA is a visitor inland)

The signature is supposed to be a timeline of your application journey. So, consider adding dates for each step. Although the signature shows you have received the AOR, it lacks the date of the AOR.
