They haven’t requested but to avoid any issues just send them . No harm in sending as a proof that you paid it already.

Hey Fam! Just joined the Forum today. Applied back in Aug 2023 and haven’t seen any updates since Oct. 12, 2023. Anyone else with a similar experience? Two people in my circle applied shortly afterwards and are done with their Oath already. One here in Vancouver and the other one in Calgary. So, not really sure if it’s delay on IRCC aside or whether there’s something I can do to wake up the sleeping bodies lol. Thanks guys

Yeah similar status here... No update after 16th November for test completion. LPP, BG is showing in-progress forever...
I'm in the same boat. Niagara office seems absurdly slow.
Some have waited a while from Test complete to LPP...Mine was 256 days - see signature. just FYI.
my last update was Nov 24 as well for BG complete. Waiting ever since!
Your timeline is quite long. I thought Vancouver office operates with speed of light....just a little patience to get the oath ceremony update
I don't think there are specific number of days (things are almost always random with IRCC), some got it a few days after LPP. I got mine same day LPP was updated
