Can someone confirm the right way to use ECAS (have been unable to get ANY results). Does UCI have the hyphen '-' in it too when entering in. Also who does it update for- the PA or the Sponsor

Never had issues (but then again I have a simultaneous Citizenship application in the final stages so I've been using this for quite a while now .

No hyphens for UCI, just straight number. If you log in, you'll see something like this:

(Ignore the Citizenship APplication bit, because you'll not see that in your case )

Yup its moving the fastest for our group. I see a lot of online apps are already in Moved to Visa Office stage which is a few steps away from PPR honestly!

For some reason my address was really OLD and not updated even though in all my sponsorship forms I have provided my latest address. So I have raised a request for the change in address using the links posted on the status page. Hope that was not affecting my application.

That's normal - for some reason even in my case it was using my address from back when I was in India from my Express Entry. It'll take about 4 - 6 weeks to update via webform, but it'll eventually happen. Nothing actually gets sent there for the most part though, so don't worry.

yup. my application was received on 6th Aug, AOR1 8th Oct . Nothing after that. Can't even find my application in ECAS . Its going really slow for August applicants for some reason.
