Hi, Were you actually using a representitaive. I am asking because we did not sign the "Use of Representative" as well and i read somewhere that we need to sign it the sponsor acts like a representative.
I think the issue is more simple than that - if you submit the use of representative form and even partly completed, they will expect it to be signed everywhere a signature is required.
Don't submit it - different issue. But it shouldn't be returned because of a lack of signature (.... on a form that wasn't submitted).
Personally we submitted and I recommend: if the sponsor is the person who's managing the file (household-wise) or even just going to write or call or submit forms, it is more simple if the sponsor is also the representative.
(More simple here in the sense that there is no question whatsoever that the sponsor has access and speaks for the PA - if that's not the case, by all means, do whatever you want)
