She told me that its a normal mail nothing fancy. My address is accurate from what she told me. When i asked where is the certificate mailed from , she said that she does not have that information

I passed my test onApr-13 and still waiting for the application to move to next step.!
This waiting game is driving us NUTS!!! I can’t believe that I’m still waiting to receive my Citizenship Certificate!!! It’s been more than a month since I took the Oath on August 18th 2022…still nothing!!! No certificate received yet!! I just called IRCC and I was very frustrated.
Still waiting for decision made. Only background and test completed since Feb. Unable to make sense of how IRCC works. I also requested GCMS notes a month ago and still haven't received it either. At the same time, I'm seeing 2022 applications finish the whole process in a few months. It's crazy.

Then write to your office again asking for oath urgently and mention your essential travel planned. Include documentation, such as an employer letter, if you can. Often that works to get an oath invitation soon.

What's the agents name? I'm waiting for the certificate from Montreal as well. Mine started with 'E' and ended with 'a'
Same Officer! Her name starts with “E” and ends with “a”. I don’t know what to do…..I’m so frustrated now
How do you know she’s on vacation? Is she the one who is supposed to mail out our Certificates?
I'm just assuming, I do not know.
Yes the agent who verifies you during the ceremony mails out the certificate.

Oh Montreal seeems to be one of the slowest offices to send certificates after oath, and also one of the slowest offices in general. I keep seeing people in different threads and forums complain about waiting 1-2 months for certificate after oaths in Montreal.
Wish in general that more offices would do in-person oaths in outdoor venues while the weather is still warm. Seems that Scarborough has been consistently doing in-person oaths recently, but only Scarborough.
