Yeah, looks like it, both you and lehar.sood got the same update. I'll call them again closer to the weekend and can verify if its the same update as both of you. BTW if you're in/ around GTA, the Hamilton passport office has a few appointments for the 11th of Oct- assuming we get our certificates on time, might be worth booking an appointment and submitting your applications.

I just completed my oath ceremony just now! Although I am officially Canadian, I feel like I'm not yet a "true" Canadian until I receive my citizenship certificate.
I live in Burlington I can book the appointment. But I don’t think I can get the certificate before 11th if oath happens on 24th.

I applied for canadian citizenship on August 2021. Received Cetizenship test request in April 2022. I gave my Test while I was in India. On September 2022, I get an update on my application stating that I have been invited for an interview with an official.

Attended the Oath ceremony today... Finally!!! Canadian eh 
they check for the documents like PR card(s), passport, travel history, if you are working etc or not.
Keep your air tickets etc handy...
Congrats!! Did they ask you to write down holder no longer a permanent resident on the COPR?
If you became a permanent resident before June 28, 2002, and have one, then write on it in a black pen the words “Holder is No longer a Permanent Resident” in the middle of the form.
I don't think it's weird.
1-The Queen's funeral is on September 19th.
2-The Prime Minister declared the 19th a National day of Mourning in Canada. So all federal employees won't work on that day. I am sure that's why the invitation for September 19th have been delayed and they are rescheduling the ceremonies for everyone originally scheduled on that date.
And yes emails are usually received between 7-10 days prior to the Oath ceremony date. That's mostly what we can inferred from past posts in the forums.
My Oath was Aug 17. Application closed on Aug 26. Still waiting for certificate
