Hi All,
all my status turned to "completed" except the ceremony (ceremony said not started yet). I am just wondering how long usually does it take to receive the ceremony invitation/email? Thanks in advance for your time.

Physical Presence completed on June 24th. Waiting on citizenship ceremony now! Almost there!!

That’s a good news! Do All other criteria such Prohibition and Language skills also completed?

This week, we enter July, i.e. Month 11 for us Aug applicants. Hoping to see more movement as we get closer to our 'average processing time of 12 months' when we applied last year.

And Montreal should begin tagging DMs for July (online) applicants. And soon after, for us! Fingers crossed.

Hello Friends,
I applied for my Canadian passport (express) yesterday and feel great as will receive it by this Friday.

THANK YOU ALL for supporting each other and helping by answering the questions. This forum was huge support for me.

I know eventually, everyone will get to the end goal but the timeline might be different. Good luck.

A quick snapshot of my timeline after the test:

People who think the passport application process is crazy these days to our surprise it wasn’t that crazy. We did walk-in application and where out within 3:30mins. The officers are working overtime to help the citizens. Kudos to them. Location: Toronto

Did you go to the downtown passport office or a service centre? Sounds like the Victoria street downtown passport office? Was there a long line up for walk ins? I’ve heard people start lining up from the night before.

If you can't make that date specifically, why not be okay with a later date? You want an earlier date because you're entitled. I understand that that might be difficult to accept, but a bit of self-awareness might help.

I got Language skills and Prohibition both completed but physical presence still in progress
Any idea why the physical presence is not completed along the other two?
