I've a question for you, when you say background verification completed, does that mean you were asked for rcmp fingerprints prior to that ?.
No, was not asked for any fingerprints. Just noticed it was marked as complete when I logged into the tracker. Usually log in 2-3 times a week and notice the updates, if any.

I am from Calgary. Both me and my wife got test dates and passed [tracker yet to be updated] our test last week.

I am also from calgary and did the test too. The tracker still shows waiting for you. I wonder how long it would take to get an update. I read comments stating that it would take only 1 day or 3 day for them. Calgary office is the best; always double or triple the time

Hi Guys My Test is completed in system as of 22/23 March and processing location is Mississauga.
Now if in coming months I have to move to the US do it change My processing locations and what steps I need to follow ? My PR card is valid till Jan 2023.
Moving to the US for good? 1. You must wait to take your oath of Citizenship and apply for Canadian Passport before moving to the USA. 2. You must inform IRCC before moving to the States because you cannot take the Canadian Citizenship Oath outside of the territory. 3. Make sure to elaborate your reason of moving to a different country and whether it’s permanent or temporary.

It seems you can take the Oath from outside Canada provided IRCC approves

Oath Might take 2-4 months and I might be getting My US work visa stamped in April on Indian Passport. Why u think I must wait and have Canadian Passport? My PR card is valid till Jan 2023 in between if I receive oath date I can travel and take oath and go back to USA and apply Canadian passport at Canadian consulate But for sure before I move I will notify IRCC its for work I have to move to US for same Canadian employer.

Just finished Citizenship test. 20/20. Study "Discover Canada" 3-4 times from A to Z. Practice Apnatoronto. It will be super easy to pass. Good luck to all still waiting for the test.

You can come and do the oath and then again go back. You dont need to wait. You can apply for your passport in US as well later.
