Usually email should have come after a day or two when you saw the tracker updated.
since you are online applicant and you may have submitted only the bio pages of the passport they maybe requesting you the complete scanned copy of your passport(s) which were eligible during the eligibility period

If that's the case, I've more than a year over eligibility period.

I hope, I get some response by tomorrow. Keeping fingers crossed.

But this whole waiting game is making me crazy.

It was very easy and straightforward.

My test window starts today 3/25-4/14 and I have not received any instructions email as of yet. Can anyone confirm if I can use the test sign in link on the ircc website and give the test without the instructions email ?

I received an email today stating that the scanned copy of my Passport biography page that I submitted is not legible so I need to provide another image. My tracker does not show any updates however. Wondering if anyone has been in this position and how quickly they move forward with your application again once what they have asked for is received? Also curious why my tracker wouldn't be updated.

It also looks like although I'm based in Toronto, my application is being reviewed by a case official in Nova Scotia.
