I've been waiting for my spouse's DM since we received pre arrival letter in mid jan. My spouse's application is linked to my gckey account. Until today, nothing has changed in my (sponsor) gc key account. But when I checked on eCAS it shows Decision Made under Permanent Residency application. Is this how people see DM or do they get any letter or update in gc key acccount?

Decision made can only be seen in ecas. The status of your ecas can change into decision made at anytime after you get pre arrival. Just wait and check

Thank you, I check my ecas three times or more per day after I got pre arrival on Monday, still in process now. Keep waiting...

We got pre-arrival in December 2020 but we had trouble in booking biometric appointment. We have done biometric on 5th of Feb 2021 and got 'Decision Made' status update on 26th Feb 2021 (after 3 weeks). Now we are waiting for PPR.

It really depends on VO. You may get your DM sooner. Check on threads on this forum for VO Hongkong.

Hey gang - I received my biometrics request letter. No sponsor approval or applicant approval, and we never did receive AOR1.

Just wanted to give everyone some information about a fellow August applicant. Our application was received on 08/27/2020.

Edit - I received an email saying that my application was received shortly after. I'm not sure if that constitutes AOR1?

I received an email from IRCC detailing how I require biometrics (US PA here), so I paid the biometric fee and submitted the receipt via IRCC webform inquiries. I sent one inquiry on Feb 22 and waited 2 weeks for no response. I then submitted another webform with the biometrics receipt attached about 2 days ago and hoping to hear back this time. Has anyone else had a similar issue of not hearing back/having the IRCC confirm that they received your biometrics receipt? Curious to hear your thoughts.

This sounds strange to me. We paid our biometric fee up-front with the rest of our fees. IRCC sent us a PDF in the biometric notification email that we are just supposed to take to a USCIS office for them to take biometrics. I just had to make an appointment online.

Unfortunately I did not pay upfront, the AOR was followed by another email asking to submit a webform with the biometrics receipt attached. I just find it strange that there has been no response or confirmation from them given the urgency of the notice.
