In USA, USPS showed that CANADA POST delivered my package on August 29th, called CIC last Friday and they said they received in Sept 4th......if you package arrived in later August, maybe you should check with them . I had bought the receiver signature service and in both usps and canada post system, it showed signed at August 29th....

Hopefully we all hear back soon. Things seem to be speeding up?
I think they received mine mid-end of August. No tracking was provided apparently.

I have the same question also. Received Biometrics on 13 NOV 2020. Also I don't know how I can give biometrics since VAC are closed in India.

Other people have gone out of the country to give biometrics, Dubai was mentioned. Other than that you have to wait for VFS to re-open.
