I just called cic and the agent told me my application was approved on 3th May but in my profile my status is ‘’ we are processing your application’’ and I haven’t received any email or updates and there is nothing on the subjects section how is it possible??? What should I do?

You wait. It can take some time for the online portal to be updated.
In the meantime, keep an eye on your email folders (especially your spam folder) in case IRCC send your COPR, or instructions.

I call them once in 2 weeks

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not started
info sharing: In progress
ADR: 21st March 2021
ADR submitted: 15th April 2021
I got PCC request for states, I never travelled to USA but still submitted it
Submitted LOE on 22nd march 2021 itself

not sure what it is that is taking this long?
I have really lost hopes and feel exhausted.
it has to come to 9 months.
eligibility has passed for long as per the agent on the phone.

I dont know why security is taking soo long.

Quick Question. I am sending Photos and COPR letter by mail to Vancouver office for PR card. Since my application has 2 dependents, i can send all the 3 letters and photos in mail or should i send 3 different mails to Vancouver office???
