Called Agent in the 1st week of March, he said the application is in progress, did not commented on anything else.

Called on the 31st March 2021, This time the agent was really helpful, He told me everything looks very very good ( he used the exact same words ), they need to verify a little more things. When I asked in detail he said the eligibility is passed, security passed, and Criminality in progress. Fingers Crossed

I don't think the lockdown would impact processing the application. During the second lockdown (Dec2020-Feb2021) in Ontario, the COPRs were issued.

Interesting to know how officers are working currently (Work from home (Laptops) or shift basis), any insight on this @legalfalcon - Do you think there would be an impact in processing due to third lockdown?

The lockdown won't effect much as IRCC has already been doing work remotely and recently a lot of financial, human and other resources were allocated to IRCC.
