Good thing Eligibility is recommend pass, the officer decision is greatly influenced by the case analysis. Majority people get rejected because of eligibility. ECA, English Test expired or wrong NOC.

No wonder, I think with depends it's going to take longer especially outland. I called during Jan, my file was last access on 14 Jan, and eligibility started and in progress. Called again on Feb 1st, eligibility recommended pass. I usually ask them when my file was last opened to get a more detail timeline.

Make sense! I am hopping get COPR by end of Feb or early MAR. Lets see.

Let us know how it goes. 6 months timeframe is passing. Based on the other tread, I think we will get a month delay in getting COPR.

They are reviewing your additional documents? Did you upload your police certificate or have the police department send it directly? I uploaded a photo of the document. The request letter asked that I please upload to my account. I think if they want the original, I will mail it to them.

I see, no wonder it shows up in your system. I had no option, police department in my county don't give you the actual police certificate, they will only send it themselves.

The progress bar means nothing so don’t go off that as it’s just an automatic 6 month bar. If you would like to see how your application is doing you would need to request GCMS notes or call IRRC to see specific updates
