Medical Passed and BIL request: Oct 15
Biometrics completed: Nov 20.
Eligibility: Not started ( Called IRCC last week)
Background check: on process since nov -dec?
No biometrics refund yet. Just wondering if I am the only one with this timeline. I have seen lots of applicant with movements.

Med pass 14 oct
Eligibility not started
Criminality pass
Security not started
If you had to provide the biometrics in November, then you'd not be getting the refund. If you were exempted from giving it, and still haven't received the refund, you may want to submit a web form.
Mine is in same status as yours. AOR: 8 Aug. Criminality: inProgress, Eligibility & Security: Not Started

How many applicants were there in the profile? Just curious as mine is with 4 applicants with AOR as 22nd August.
Are we really expecting IRCC Phone Interview? If yes, for what purpose? I called IRCC and agent told me that security is in progress and eligibility not started yet.Congrats. August applications are moving now. Mine is in Sept but this progress is great
Every application is different. Some get a call from IRCC, some don’t. Some get asked to use the PR confirmation portal (after getting COPR) and some have to send their pics in. Every application is different.
When did you call and get to know that your eligibility has not started? It seems like they are processing the applications on a week basis,
