Saw 'Application/Profile Updated' on my account, but no email or no value update, is this also a ghost update?

Your application is moving forward/ being worked on. Nothing else to make of it. Call IRCC or order GCMS nots if you want to find out specifically what has changed.
Hi I submitted all documents etc for PR under CEC category on 16th Dec and got medical cleared notification today . I am new to the thread .Can anyone share the timelines
Seems Dec thread is dead not too kany proplr . Guys any idea how much time its taking after getting medicals cleared . We had already given biometrics

I called IRCC on Wednesday and agent told me everything is passed now..
Before Wednesday i called them on 8th jan that time my eligibility is recommended pass and security not started.
Agent told me everything is passed on 14th jan.
Hope so next week i will get Copr

I called IRCC this morning. Following is the update:
AOR - Aug 27
Eligibility - Recommended pass
Medical - Pass on Oct 20
Biometric - fee refunded on Oct 22
Criminality - in progress
Security - not started
CEC Inland.
VO: Ottawa
