After weeks and weeks of calling, I tried calling right at 8 AM EST (5 AM my time) and was able to talk to an agent:

Biometrics completed: November 24
Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Security: Not started

Finally some good news for me, I called IRCC today morning:
AOR: Aug 11
Eligibility: passed (does not show on my profile)
Background: passed (does not show on my profile)
Medical: passed
Biometrics: exempt (from June 2016 but just shows on the top right of the page)
Criminality: in progress
I do not know my VO location.
Do you guys know what is the next step? or how long does it take for an update on criminality?
