No way to know since I have hired a rep and they only send a screenshot of my current application status.

You need to submit the documents when they ask, but I have seen they asking many people here in forum. If I'm in your place, I will walk to approved centers and get it done in advance, it costs around 50CAD. It saves around 10 days of your time when they ask.

Not everyone gets asked for RCMP, it is at the discretion of the immigration officer handling your case, so it is totally your decision as to if you submit it upfront or wait to be asked.

I haven't submitted and I was not asked to submit, it's been 4 months from AOR so far
