Hi,

I received AOR on 30th Aug 2020. I am on a work visa which will expire on 25th Feb 2021. If I travel outside Canada now and try to come back by end of Jan 2021, will they allow me to onboard flight?

Hello @legalfalcon ,

I just realized that while uploading my passport I missed 1 page with a visa stamped - Today I have sent the passport with all pages scanned through a webform. Is this enough or is it too late?

Thanks for your help!

If you sent the new scanned copies with an explanation that would be enough. So they know why you resent it

This is enough and you have covered everything. No need to worry.

Hello all,

I've applied for PR through an attorney. How can I check the status of my application. When I call the IRCC, they just mention that my application is in progress. They don't provide any information on the various stages Medical, Eligibility checks etc and if I've passed them. My information is in my signature.
I have a same question too .. Did you get any answer ?

@loreboy since you have an attorney he/she should be able to get that information on your behalf. None the less since you are inland you can also request your Gcms Notes on your own for free

Hi Actually I am FSW - Outland and I am filling via lawyer. I read lots about Ghost Updates and other details. Wondering how can obtain the ability to review the status of my application on daily basis.

If you have a lawyer, the whole purpose is that you do not have to worry about the mundane update. A GU only signifies an update in your application, which can be as mundane as your file being update or a new due date entered, or a significant on such as passing of a stage.

The only way to keep a tab on these every day updates is to have access to your account, which you won't if you used a lawyer, and they cannot give you access since they use their now portal to track multiple applications.

Instead, just request your GCMS notes after 3-4 months, or request you layer to update you every month.
