For Christ's sake has anyone with Aug 20 AOR and Ottawa specifically got a remedical request or even extension?
My file hasn't been touched since it got to Ottawa from CIO Sept '20
I'm a FSW-Inland, just got a new set of GCMS notes and my medical was extended last week of Sept but no updates on the portal reflecting this

Any updates for August 2020 AOR FSW-O folks? Any remed requests or extensions? Any PPRs?
I think they have skipped Aug 2020 and directly jumped to Sep & Oct 2020 for PPRs.. For PNP outlanders specifically

From what I can see, it seems like mostly pre-March 2020 FSW-O applications that are moving.

From my perspective, this is positive as there won't be many applications with AORs between March and July 2020, so will hopefully see some movement on August 2020 AORs soon :)

I honestly think Aug 2020 outlanders will be getting their PPR end of 2022 if anything.
The way most of the PPRs are being issued is mostly to people with 2019 applicants.
I think it’s a policy shift which we all need to accept, main preference is inland applicants.

This is simply not true, many PPRs being reported are from Q1 2020. It's only been a week or two since things started moving, our time will come.

Please take your negativity elsewhere, buddy.

@legalfalcon Dear Sir, I am awaiting PPR. If i visit a country for 7 days for vacation, do I need to inform IRCC about it? Will it cause any issue when I send passport to VO once I get PPR (that this visit isn't listed in applicant's profile). Appreciate the support you give to everyone in this forum. Grateful!

there are tons(literally tons of them) of Re-med requests being sent out to Aug 2020 and later AORs for FSW-O(pure/nonPNP). Why do you think they are sending Re-med requests now if they don't plan on finalizing these applications soon?

You remember the note IRCC gave about not doing upfront meds? They requested not to do upfront meds as these may expire before they are able to finalize. Since IRCC is sending out Re-med requests now, it can only point to one thing - PPRs SOON! God bless everyone and their applications
