From what we have seen, all outland applications are on hold. Security may only start when Canada is comfortable with opening their borders.AOR: Aug 27, 2020

Received GCMS notes yesterday (they were generated in Feb, 2021): Eligibility passed, both Criminality and Security not started, Infor sharing complete.
Does anyone know why hasnt criminality or security start even though Eligibility is complete?

Got COPR today, finally. Actually the COPR was issued on March 29-th, but I didn't check for updates on my account for couple days, so it was a BIG surprise for me today.
