Hi friends. I appeared for test on feb12. Cleared the test and status change to decision made on feb13. Its family application but my minor kids status is still in process. I dont know why do anyone know about it or any experience about this situation. Thanks

We got our invitation for oath ceremony on February 13. Please update my time line @admin

It's March 3
Congratulations! I was looking at your timeline and hoping that mine would be close to yours as I'm guessing my application is also being processed in Halifax (I sent all my documents from Antigonish in September but we don't have an office here). Unfortunately I'm way past your timeline. I'm still waiting for a test invite. It's been about 50 days since my application went in process. Was the Halifax office fast? Was the interview process easy? I'm not sure how detailed they get with the trips outside Canada but I'm getting worried as there are some people from September who have had a slower process than mine but they have already written their tests There are not many applicants here from NS so I really appreciate all your posts. Thanks. Wishing you a very nice ceremony.

Some people who applied in April 2019 and still waiting for test invite.. I know a family who applied in Feb 2019 just got test invites for last month. The CIC only looks at the 12 month average processing time, so we just have to wait till 12 months before revisiting the app and escalating through the MPP etc. If anyone differs, please let me know.

Yes thats true i also did it same way and got 20/20. Test was easy.

I have my test this Saturday and actually have been stressing a lot about the test.
I actually wanted to pay for text examples (that mobile app that you can pay weekly for "learning") but my husband thinks we don't need that.

I just wanted to confirm, that if you only read their manual that will be enough?
I am stressing about the years/names/battles because I am not so good with that kind of info.

Any feedback is more than welcomed and thank you!

Don't worry too much.
Read the book twice at least, do some of the free exams online, and it should be OK. It's more of an english/french test than an actual knowledge exam. There's a reason most people in the forum say it's easy, if taken seriously...
