Hi do anyone tell if they requested additional i formation do they send you email or mail for the information they need and fingure print request is send my email or mail. And if anyone has experience they ask for fingure print only for adults or for kids below 10 age as well. Thanks

If you have a valid email address on your file (you received your AOR through email) then you will receive further correspondence by email too. I think finger print is not needed for children.

Yes, I did. In fact, when I called last week Wednesday., the agent did not access my file but advised me that if I've resubmitted my forms in September then it could be another month before I get any response.

So peeps I passed my test yesterday and my status changed to Decision Made this morning, however, I have not yet received any email or new messages in ECAS.
I see it is typically sent on the same day, or otherwise anywhere between 5-8 weeks. Wondering what that delay depends on...
