dec 3 2019 ecas shows they sent some correspondence. But we did not receive anything. How do they send correspondence- email or mail to home address?

Hi folks.
Got a call on a private caller ID last night (December 6), an immigration agent handling our citizenship file inquiring why there is a gap with my passport. She said she just needed a short explanation of which i said it was due to my passport renewal since i arrived Canada. And that was it.
Just this morning (December 7), our ECAS has been updated to 'IN PROCESS'. Kindly update accordingly pls.

Ensure you always have your phone with you till your application comes through and you get your citizenship. You can never tell. You don't want to miss a call from the agent handling your application.

Also, IRCC sent my copy of "Discover Canada" to England.
This is why they need to give us access to ecas BEFORE they send those out.
