Hi Sir,

I have put only one entry for a single job title to my pre-ITA work experience form, that was from 2013 October to 2019 May [in total 5 years and 7 months]. In that period of time, I had 2 unpaid leave. One leave was of 7 months at a time and another one was 4 months. Now, as I was an employee of that company during that 5 years and 7 months time I didnt show the unpaid leave before ITA, so now can you please suggest me how and what should i change in post ITA form and do I need to ask my employer to also mention it in the reference letter? What would be the best move I can take so that I am absolutely safe? pls suggest Sir. even after I substract those (7+4=11 months from my experience my MEC stays 69 points and CRS remains unchanged.

What you can do is, you can break your employment in your work history and just show the time you worked.

The leave can be in your personal history. Since you will have 2-4 entries in your work history, you will be asked different documents for it, but you can upload the same work reference letter for all.

If required, you can explain this in LoE.

hi @legalfalcon

I got a VISA rejection from US 15 years back when i was really a kid and I only have the visa rejection date with me but I dont remember the exact reason for the rejection. In this scenario, do you think I should write a LOE explaining the rejection? & what shall i say about the reason for rejection as I dont remember the reason for the rejection? pls advice.

No need for a LoE. In the column right below the questions, just mention what you mentioned here.

Hi @legalfalcon thanks. I had another question.

MY appointment and job confirmation letter has previous address of my office on their letter head pad, however my reference letters and other letters issued later has the current address.

Now, is it recommended for me to use LOE to explain the changes in address?
