YES an e-mail should come to U in .pdf . Sometimes a paper letter is sent. But as long as it reads SA xxxxxx You don't need to worry

Hello Friends,

As per the checklist I need to submit photocopies of Telephone Bills, National ID card, Credit Card bills etc...All the photocopies are in English.

My confusion is does the Sponsor and Principal Applicant need to self attest their respective photocopies?

I don't think you have to self attest these documents if they are originally issued in English, however if you translate them then you should provide an attestation. The purpose behind these requirements usually is to show that Sponsor and PA both reside at the same address.

SA= Sponsor Approved letter may fe following by regular mail. Please also check SPAM folders of your emails

As long as U can see the correct address in ECAS , no need to worry. Canada Post is on rotating Strike. For the second time in three weeks, Canada Post employees in Kelowna walked off the job on Friday and set up picket lines. I don't find anything in our Mailbox here it is empty every day! Just wait for new updates on web

So I got a message in GCKey for pre arrival services? Also the status when I look up our case status on the CIC online services has changed to Decision Made.. not sure what all that means as we haven't had an updated email. We sent additional proof to show I (the sponsor) would be moving with my husband to Canada a week ago and haven't heard anything since.
